About Doug
Doug has years of education and experience in the areas of consulting, coaching, psychospiritual development, and meditation and yoga instruction. He has worked with individuals, businesses, and large non-profits such as Kaiser Permanente. Doug holds a BA in Business Strategy, has completed graduate courses in Clinical Psychology, and is certified in life design, as well as meditation and yoga instruction.
His inclusive and multi-dimensional approach brings in perspectives from the great wisdom traditions of the East, Western psychology and spirituality, and strategic organizational and leadership practices.
Doug finds great joy in helping others navigate through the complexities and uncertainties of life, transcend limitations, and reach their full potential.
His continual search to truly know himself and for deeper wisdom, love, and truth, allow him to be there for others with an open heart and mind.
